Welcome to Wealth Frequency LLC

Let's start your file. Four steps, about 20 minutes.

Your file cannot be started until every item below is received — so let's knock it out right now. Everything is clear, current, and legible? Your audit begins the same day.

01

Set up SmartCredit & pull your 3-Bureau report

We work from your complete 3-Bureau (3B) report — all three bureaus, one document.

a. Sign up through our exclusive SmartCredit link: smartcredit.com/join/?pid=56150 — your first month of monitoring is just $1.
b. Log in, then order your 3-Bureau Credit Report inside the member area (about $19 through SmartCredit).
c. Download the full report as a PDF — that's the file you'll upload in Step 4.

Keep your membership active — we use SmartCredit monitoring to track your score movement throughout the program.

02

File your FTC Report

If anything on your report isn't yours — accounts you never opened, addresses you never lived at, inquiries you don't recognize — your FTC report is the legal backbone of those disputes.

a. Go to IdentityTheft.gov (the FTC's official site).
b. Click "Get Started" and answer the questions about the items that aren't yours.
c. Create your account so your report is saved.
d. Download your FTC Identity Theft Report as a PDF and include it with your upload.

Nothing fraudulent on your report? Skip this step — we'll confirm during your audit.

03

Gather your identity documents

The bureaus require proof of who you are and where you live before they'll act:

• Valid Driver's License or State ID (photo, all corners visible)
Social Security card
• One current utility bill or bank statement showing your name and current address

04

Upload everything below

Use the secure uploader — clear photos or PDFs only. Once we receive all items, we review your profile, build your personalized action plan, and begin the dispute and restoration process. You'll get updates in your portal the whole way.
