1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of wealthfrequencyelite.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Wealth Frequency LLC, 3120 SW Freeway, 1st Floor, Houston, TX 77098, phone (502) 414-1151 ("Wealth Frequency," "we," "us"). By purchasing a program, creating a client file, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services

Wealth Frequency provides credit education, credit restoration assistance, and funding-strategy coaching, including:

Basic Access ($197) — self-guided credit repair system, credit build blueprint, mindset curriculum, and 90-day private client portal access.
Lab Done-For-You ($497) — done-for-you credit repair including a complete credit audit and intake, three rounds of strategic disputes, 120 days of coverage, and portal access.
VIP Funding Strategy ($997) — a private 1-on-1 strategy session, personalized funding playbook, profile review, and application walkthrough.
Rush VIP Funding Intensive ($2,500 + 15% success fee) — an expedited 7-day intensive; the success fee applies only to funding actually approved.

A written contract describing the specific services, timeline, and total cost will be provided before any payment is collected, as required by law.

3. What we do not promise

We do not — and legally cannot — guarantee a specific credit score increase, the removal of any particular item, or approval for any specific amount of credit or funding. Results referenced on the Site are individual client outcomes, not typical results and not guarantees. No one can lawfully remove accurate, current, and verifiable information from your credit report.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete, and current information and documents, including the onboarding items listed at Client Onboarding.
Maintain an active credit monitoring membership during your program so we can track bureau responses and score movement.
Forward bureau and creditor correspondence promptly and follow the agreed application timing during funding strategy.
Use the Site and portal only for lawful purposes and keep your login credentials confidential.

5. Payments and billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, including card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and buy-now-pay-later options (Klarna, Afterpay, Zip) where offered. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars at checkout. The Rush VIP success fee (15%) is invoiced only on funding amounts actually approved. All sales are final and fees are non-refundable, except as expressly required by applicable law — including your unconditional right to cancel within three business days of signing, described in Section 6 ("Your right to cancel") below.

6. Your right to cancel

You may cancel your contract with Wealth Frequency, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date on which you signed the contract. To cancel, send a signed, dated copy of your cancellation notice, or any other written notice, to Wealth Frequency LLC, 3120 SW Freeway, 1st Floor, Houston, TX 77098, or by email to adminjw@wealthfrequencyelite.com, before midnight of the third business day. A "Notice of Cancellation" form is provided with your contract.

7. Credit Services Disclosure — Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law

Before you sign a contract with us, federal law (the Credit Repair Organizations Act) and applicable state law require that we give you this statement of your rights:

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair company or credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report. The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over 7 years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for up to 10 years.
You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee, however, if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding 60 days. The credit bureau must provide someone to help you interpret the information in your credit file. You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report once a year from each of the nationwide credit bureaus through AnnualCreditReport.com.
You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act. This law prohibits deceptive practices by credit repair organizations.
You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within 3 business days from the date you signed it.
Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure that the information they report is accurate. However, mistakes may occur.
You may, on your own, notify a credit bureau in writing that you dispute the accuracy of information in your credit file. The credit bureau must then reinvestigate and modify or remove inaccurate or incomplete information. The credit bureau may not charge any fee for this service. Any pertinent information and copies of all documents you have concerning an error should be given to the credit bureau.
If the credit bureau's reinvestigation does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may send a brief statement to the credit bureau, to be kept in your file, explaining why you think the record is inaccurate. The credit bureau must include a summary of your statement about disputed information with any report it issues about you.

Texas residents: Wealth Frequency LLC operates as a credit services organization under Texas Finance Code Chapter 393. [TX_CSO_REGISTRATION_AND_BOND_DETAILS — to be completed with counsel.]

8. Intellectual property

The Site, the Wealth Frequency name and logo, the blueprint, curricula, playbooks, and portal materials are owned by Wealth Frequency LLC and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, share, or republish program materials.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealth Frequency LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or applicable state law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Except as provided below, any dispute arising out of these Terms or the services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and you and Wealth Frequency LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. This arbitration provision does not apply to claims that by law cannot be subject to a pre-dispute arbitration agreement — including claims under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act — and either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
